A comprehensive interior transformation and full renovation of a 300 m² split-level residence in northern Tehran’s Jordan district. The design approach carefully balances contemporary spatial strategies with the home’s existing classical character. The intervention respects the original charm while introducing a refined modern language through spatial reorganization, material contrasts, and clean detailing. The result is a layered and cohesive domestic environment that bridges tradition and contemporary living.
The natural stone slabs are cut into a designed pattern for flooring and pieces for making a sink. The stone tiles are puzzled before assembling onto the floor. A custom-made metal profile finished with coated steel serves to hold the ribbon lightening.
