In Property № 30, the employed materials are from natural sources and the design elements are custom-made.

The light and texture are the main tools for design. For creating the desired rough and soft texture, white cement has been mixed with different sand grains.

The natural stone slabs are cut into a designed pattern for flooring and pieces for making a sink. The stone tiles are puzzled before assembling onto the floor.

A custom-made metal profile finished with coated steel serves to hold the ribbon lightening.
