This project for VIA Outlets involved the full interior renovation of a 500 m² office space, developed through an invited design competition. The concept centered around lightness, openness, and circulation, with an emphasis on natural colors and soft transitions between materials and spaces. The office was designed to balance flexible open-plan areas with clearly defined meeting zones and creative rooms.
A palette of muted, natural tones, warm woods, soft whites, and diffused light, contributes to a serene, welcoming environment, while the use of curved forms and semi-transparent partitions reinforces a sense of flow and permeability. As one of the two lead architects from the finalist office, I was responsible for the overall architectural vision, as well as supervising junior designers, visual artists, and local engineers throughout the design development.
